Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How can I reserve the car for my prom?
Answer: Get a deposit from each person that is going in the car and make sure they understand it is non-refundable. Set up an appointment or we can email, fax, or mail the contract, upon speaking with a parent. Only a parent is allowed to sign the contract.
Question: How do I view the limousines?
Answer: Call to make an appointment at 631-544-9477 or send us an e-mail at info@topoftheworldlimo.com. You must bring a parent with you at the time of your appointment, we are located in Western Suffolk.
Question: What do you provide in the car?
Answer: We provide assorted soda and bottled water. Outside beverages and alcohol beverages are NOT PERMITTED in the limousines.
Question: What are the rules on drinking alcohol and/or illegal drug use?
Answer: There is absolutely NO drinking alcohol or consuming illegal drugs permitted in our limousines. Top Of The World Limo adheres to a strong "ZERO Tolerance Policy" towards the consumption of alcohol and drugs.
Question: What about bringing bags into the car?
Answer: Bags are permitted, but must remain in the trunk of the limo. Top of The World Limo reserves the right to check any and all bags.
Question: How many stops can the limousine make to pick people up and to drop people off?
Answer: A total of 3-4 stops to pick people up and 3-4 stops to drop people off. Remember that the stops use up time.
Question: My prom date is 21, can they drink?
Answer: No! No one will be permitted to drink in the limousines the night of your prom.
Question: What is the deposit?
Answer: The deposit is 1/2 of the total price. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash the day of your prom at pickup. An additional option would be to pre-pay the limousine.
Question: I want to hire the car but I am afraid some of my friends are going to back out.
Answer: Make sure to get a deposit from your friends and tell them the deposit is non-refundable.
Question: The group that I have wants to reserve 2 cars?
Answer: 1 young adult and 1 parent per car, per contract.
